Made-to-order return note

Most Baby Bowie Goods items are made to order, which helps avoid unnecessary waste. Because of that, general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing preference, or change of mind may be limited.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or defective, please contact corrine@babybowiegoods.com and include your order number and photos so it can be made right.

At babybowiegoods.com, all products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify.

1. Order Production

All items are custom printed after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is incorrect (wrong item or design)

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

3. Lost Packages

If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact your local carrier first
  • If unresolved, contact us and we will assist

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Replacements: Reprinted and shipped as a new order

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly.
